Rates

Rate is based on Standard Occupancy of 2 persons per bedroom.
Rate may be subject to change without notice.
Apartments are rented on a self-housekeeping basis.
A modest cleaning fee will be added depending on length of stay.
Rate does not include Florida state and county taxes.

Minimum Stay

Three nights minimum stay.

Check-in

Between 3:00PM and 6:00PM. If you are going to be arriving outside our normal check-in times, please let us know so that we may accommodate you.

Checkout

10:00AM on the date of departure. Late checkout may be available by prior arrangement with management. Surcharge may apply.

Extra Persons

$10 per person per night. Children under 8 stay free.

Age Requirement

Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian occupying the same unit.

Reservation Deposit

50% deposit is due at time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
No refund for departure earlier than scheduled.

Security Deposit

A $200 security deposit may be required.

Final Payment

Due Upon arrival
Payment Options: Cash - Travelers Check - Visa - MC - Amex - Discover.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival for 50% refund.
NO REFUNDS available if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.

Holidays

Surcharge may be added to rates during holidays or special events.

Pet Policy

Sorry, no pets.

Smoking Policy

All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on balconies, decks, screened porches, and outside in the courtyard.
