All our apartments are immaculately clean. They range in size from one-bedroom apartments with efficiency kitchenettes or full kitchens to spacious two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens, living rooms and dining areas. Kitchenettes are equipped with all kitchen utensils, microwaves, refrigerators, toasters, broiler ovens, and counter-top ranges. Kitchens in the larger apartments are fully equipped with kitchen utensils, microwaves, toasters, refrigerators, stoves, and, in most cases, dishwashers. Our apartments are rented on a self-housekeeping basis and are fully equipped with all linens and cleaning materials. Guest laundry facilities are on the premises. All apartments have air conditioning, direct dial telephones, and color televisions with cable. DVD players are available on request. All of our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on screened porches, balconies, decks, or outside by the pool.
