Resort Policies
Rate: Rate is based on Standard Occupancy of 2 persons per bedroom.
Rate may be subject to change without notice.
Apartments are rented on a self-housekeeping basis.
A modest cleaning fee will be added depending on length of stay.
Tax: Rate does not include Florida state and county taxes.
Minimum Stay: Three nights
Check-in: Between 3:00PM and 6:00PM. If you are going to be arriving outside our normal check-in times, please let us know so that we may accommodate you.
Checkout: 10:00AM on the date of departure. Late checkout may be available by prior arrangement with management. Surcharge may apply.
Extra Persons: $10 per person per night. Children under 8 stay free.
Age Requirement: Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian occupying the same unit.
Holidays: Surcharge may be added to rates during holidays or special events.
Reservation Deposit: 10% deposit or $100 minimum is required at time of booking. 
Security Deposit: A $200 security deposit may be required.
Final Payment Due: Upon arrival.
Payment Options: Cash - Travelers Check - Visa - MC - Amex - Discover.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival for 50% refund. NO REFUNDS available if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
Pet Policy: Sorry, no pets.
Smoking Policy: All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on balconies, decks, screened porches, and outside in the courtyard.
