Rate is based on Standard Occupancy of 2 persons per bedroom. Rate may be subject to change without notice. Apartments are rented on a self-housekeeping basis. A modest cleaning fee will be added depending on length of stay. |
| Tax: | Rate does not include Florida state and county taxes. |
| Minimum Stay: | Three nights |
| Check-in: | Between 3:00PM and 8:00PM. If you are going to be arriving outside our normal check-in times, please let us know so that we may accommodate you. |
| Checkout: | 10:00AM on the date of departure. Late checkout may be available by prior arrangement with management. Surcharge may apply. |
| Extra Persons: | $10 per person per night. Children under 8 stay free. |
| Age Requirement: | Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian occupying the same unit. |
| Holidays: | Surcharge may be added to rates during holidays or special events. |
| Reservation Deposit: | A deposit is required within seven days of booking. Deposit applies to total charges for stay. |
| Security Deposit: | A $200 security deposit may be required. |
| Final Payment Due: | Upon arrival. |
| Payment Options: | Cash - Travelers Check - Visa - MC - Amex - Discover. |
| Cancellation Policy: | Reservations cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival may result in some or all of the deposit being forfeited. |
| Pet Policy: | Sorry, no pets. |
| Smoking Policy: | All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on balconies, decks, screened porches, and outside in the courtyard. |
